My backstory is I needed to execute my Aunts' estate home in Kingman Arizona and I live in Washington State. The home still needed to be cleaned, landscaped and needed some repairs before it could ready to be put on the market. From the very beginning Nikki was professional courteous and very personable she made it feel like I had a friend helping me look for a house as well. With Niki's encouragement, understanding and knowledge helped lead me to a positive outcome. Although the home was sold "as is" her excellent expertise had the home sold in 12 hours.
