Nicole was very patient and helpful. She even showed us homes before we were pre-qualified, knowing we couldn't put in an offer just yet. She helped us find a mortgage broker (who was also amazing!), and even gave us leads to professionals to do some other work we want done now that we have closed. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and always responded immediately to questions or concerns. We had 2 different challenges while closing, both the fault of the seller for withholding information from her agent or attorneys. Nicole explained every step we needed to take to get through it, and successfully negotiated a credit from the seller due to the issues. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house!
