Nicole was great. Selling a home is typically a stressful experience but Nicole made it much more bearable. She remained in constant communication which in my case was a must as I sold the home while living out of state. She was extremely honest and forthright in her professional advice which is a fairly rare and very under-appreciated asset in an agent. She is detail oriented and found and corrected paperwork errors made by others that could have delayed the transaction or worse. With her help, we got an expensive home in a niche neighborhood under contract in just 5 weeks. Speed was more important than selling price for us, and she delivered based on our priorities. I would definitely recommend Nicole to anyone needing a smart, straight-shooter who will get the job done quickly and efficiently.
