I used Nicole as my agent for a recent purchase of a large 225-year-old stone home here in Carlisle. She was wonderful to work with. After signing the contract for this house I was scheduled for a two weeks' vacation with little to no access to the outside world. Nicole kept the ball rolling and did the brunt of the work, keeping in contact with the seller, my mortgage lender, and me, the buyer, whenever she could reach me. Although I don't recommend leaving the country right after signing a contract on a home, the initial phase of this buying process proceeded with no hiccups, in large part because of Nicole's involvement. As Nicole and I made our initial walk through my soon-to-be home, she pointed out some finer details that I may have missed, a couple small issues with the house that I should ask the homeowners to fix before I purchased this place. She was certainly looking out for my interests rather than trying to rush me through and make this sell. I highly recommend Nicole and will use her again, if, and when, I ever sell this home way in the future.

Found the perfect house for me. We sat down and I told her exactly what I was looking for and she found the perfect neighborhood and the right house in the neighborhood. She helped negotiate the price that was very favorable to me the buyer and conditions that were also favorable to my purchase. She was very useful in guiding me through the ins and outs of the real estate contract. I would certainly use Nicole again when I'm searching for another home.
