This is not the 1st time we have had Nicole Scott as our realtor. She is amazing at what she does and will do ANYTHING she can to help you and find exactly what you are looking for. She is always working for you! I sincerely and truly mean that she is the best realtor around.
Nicole is amazing and I couldn’t recommend her enough to everyone. She helped us close on a home without even seeing it. She found us the perfect farm house within our budget as soon as it hit the market. He provided recommendations for financing, insurance, inspections, etc. She’s truly a pleasure to have as your agent.
Nicole is a great person to work with she dealt with my overthinking and walk me thru any issues I had I highly recommend her
Choosing your realtor is KEY to SUCCESS. I learned this the hard way unfortunately, but I am so glad that we got a second chance with Nicole! Very good communication and very thorough with the whole process. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, we 10/10 recommend.
Nicole knows the area well and lined up homes that met our price range and requirements. We were from out of state so she timed our showings to meet our tight schedule. She also knows the market and helped use create an offer that was fair and reasonable.
When we started our house hunting journey it just wasn’t quite what we expected so we took a break. Several months later I came across a remax page and everyone was talking about this one particular person. So I decided to email Nicole and I am so grateful I made that decision. She made our experience everything we had hoped for and more. Stress free and so simple. It literally feels as if you’re the only people she is working with in that moment. We could not be more thankful for her. We started looking and within 2 months found our forever home. Exactly what we had been looking for. Nicole is amazing at what she does and anyone that works with her is blessed to have had that opportunity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ♥️
Nicole has been an exceptional help on our journey to find the right location. She understood what we were looking for and worked hard to find it. She always responded in a timely fashion and answered any questions that we had; if she did not have the answer, she would find someone that did have it. I will continue to use her experience and knowledge when looking for another location. I highly recommend her!
Nicole came to us by recommendation of our previous realtor, and was with us through the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. She did an incredible job and made sure the process was smooth and thorough. We couldn’t have asked to work with anyone else.
Went out of her way to help with any questions or any issues, quick response everytime. Would recommend to anyone
Nicole did an incredible job, helped me put together the best offer I could, and talked me through my concerns when anxiety kicked in. She's an A+ Agent! I'd recommend her to anyone!
After a two year search for a home with specific boxes to tick, we finally found one with the goal of retiring soon as the end result. Nicole listed my home and within three days we had an offer for full asking price. Not only did we see the lemons, Nicole gently kept me 'goal oriented ' when other homes were popping up on the market that piqued my interest but weren't going to get me where I ultimately wanted to be. When I had a contractor issue with the new home, no coke offered her amazing resources and found the ideal company for the job. I'd NEVER buy or sell property without Nicole.
Nicole was awesome to work with from start to finish. Her hard work ethic and communication made my first home sale much easier than I felt like it was going to be. I’m not sure what anyone could ask more of in an agent! Any future sales or purchases we will definitely be looking Nicole’s way! Thanks!
