For my first time buying a home I was referred to, what turned out to be, a realtor extraordinaire. Ms. Nicole Sammons. My first meeting with Ms. Sammons was very informative. She took the time to basically explain the whole process of everything I would go through. She even went so far as to show me all the paperwork I would eventually receive, some of which I would have to sign. Once I gave her a description of what my wife and I were looking for, she proceeded to take us both on an unforgettable journey. Ms. Sammons made sure we had a huge selection of houses to choose from. Not all met our expectations, but there were a few that we liked. We made a few bids that unfortunately weren't accepted. Through it all, Ms. Sammons kept encouraging us and telling us not to worry because a better home was coming. She was also very knowledgeable on many other things, as it pertained to the conditions of some of the homes. I learned a lot listening to her. She was very patient and always made herself available for questions or concerns. When we finally had a bid accepted, Ms. Sammons continued to make herself available to us. My mother-in-law wanted to gift us with some money, and Ms. Sammons offered to help explain the process and guidelines as to how it needed to be done. Another of the many times she went above and beyond to assist. My wife and I feel blessed to have been able to find a house that we really loved. We feel even more blessed to have been connected with someone like Ms. Sammons. She is, in my opinion, an outstanding experience realtor. She also just happens to be one of the most thoughtful, helpful, caring, and beautiful people we've ever met. She's definitely made this one of those everlasting memories for us.
