Nikki worked very hard to find us that perfect land. She guided us on what to check out regulations and rules for the different counties to protect us before our purchase. I can’t express how attentive she was to us even while she was on vacation in the mountains with NO signal. She still closed the sale!! Can’t thank her enough for all her hard work!!

She assisted in recommending vendors - inspectors and such, even vendors outside of the purchase and still continues to remain involved (it's a reno).
