She had some clever suggestions to use when writing our offer and even though we were not the highest of the three other offers we were competing with, her suggestions led us to being the offer that the sellers chose! Nicole is very friendly, down-to-earth, and was willing to meet for showings on nights, weekends, and even on short notice.
