Nicole is the absolute BEST! She is hands on, knowledgable and goes above and beyond for her clients. As a first time home buyer, she was extremely patient with me and all my (dumb lol) questions, and when she doesn’t know the answer, she finds out asap. I went through a very short and quick process of looking at used and new build homes, and she was there for me every step of the way. When I decided to go with a new build, she made sure I felt like my business was a priority through all the phases over the 6 months from start to finish. I was out of the country for work for a majority of the process and she was amazing at asking all the right questions on my behalf, checking in on the progress weekly and she built a great relationship with the team at the builders, sales, financing and the superintendent. I couldn’t possibly ask for a better realtor and will be using Nicole for everything real estate in the future!
