I wish I could give Nicole 10 stars. She was amazing. From day one she was patient and knowledgeable about the area we were buying. She was extremely responsive about everything, no matter the time or day. She made great recommendations for all the appropriate parties. She also was able to give us advice every step of the way. For example when it came down to making a final and best offer on our dream home which already had 5 offers, she recommended that we offer a number that we are willing to lose the house for. To me, that was the reason we got the house. And when it came to communicating with the various people in the process, I would say she was above extraordinary. There were several instances where she was able to ease our fears and really just make us feel so comfortable during this whole process, which we all know is very stressful. I can go on and on about Nicole. Hands down, you want Nicole to be your realtor, it will be the best decision you’ve ever made.
