Needing to sell my house after only owning it for less then two years, I tuned to Nicole. Nicole was my agent when I bought the house I was now selling. Nicole worked with me and answered all my questions. She knew and understood the market as was able to get a strong competitive price on my house. I Highly recommend Nicole.

Nicole is an amazing realtor. This was our third time using her and we will use her again if we move. Highly recommend her!

Where do I start? Nicole exceeded our expectations; she has done her job with excellence! Our search for a home was a rocky one but Nicole overcame. I believe what separates her from other realtors is that she cares. I wholly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house.

Nicole is the best agent we have ever worked with. Her attention to detail and response time in amazing. This is the second time working with her and everything went perfectly. Our house was on the market 4 days, we got 5 offers and 25k over asking!! Don’t hesitate choosing Nicole as your agent!!

We use Nicole to buy our property 4 years ago. It was a great experience so we chose to use her talents to sell the property. Our property was on the market less than a week before it sold. Nicole was great with all aspects of the sale. She is knowledgeable about the market, Flagstaff, etc. She made the process go smoothly and without a hitch! We highly recommend her! She is amazing!

In this crazy market we all know it's critical to have a great team on your side. Nicole is just that . I have purchased two properties in Flagstaff over the past few years and Nicole has always been on top of her game. Very knowledgeable and helpful for sure.

Have used Nicole of two (2) real estate transactions and both experiences have been very professional and pleasant. Nicole is very easy to work with and She follows thru with every little detail and represents Her Clients Exceptionally. In Northern Arizona (Coconino County) Nicole is AWESOME!!

I have used Nicole for multiple transactions both buying and selling and she is top notch. Communication is outstanding and if you are a Veteran I vouch for her expertise with 110% certainty you can't go wrong with Nicole wether you are buying or selling. Thanks Nicole

Kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Pays attention to detail and very responsive. Would recommend to any and all as our results were amazing.

We found Nicole through an employee at The Grand Canyon Hotel. One of her previous clients. I cannot say enough about Nicole's expertise in real estate transactions. Her work ethics are over and above all expectations. It was very easy to establish a relationship with her and she kept in touch with us at least once a day, even just to see how we are doing, I call her a "work-a-holic"! Nicole made our purchase quick and easy all the way to the end. We have developed a personal relationship with Nicole and will keep in touch with her when we settle in AZ. Note: She is a Super Mom & a Super wife, lucky husband. I would recommend Nicole to anyone!
