She was very good at communicating throughout the whole process of selling/buying and was very up front and honest with both myself and the realtors we came in contact with. Nicole has a passion for helping people and it truly shows in her dedication and persistence. Also, she has great negotiation skills and I felt I received a generous offer on my home because of that. Having grown up in the Cleveland area she is knowledgeable about the market and many of the neighborhoods and I felt that was a great help in the purchase of my new home.
