Nicole was very patient and worked hard to find a buyer for my home and also a new home for me. She was very good at communicating throughout the whole process of selling/buying and was very up front and honest with both myself and the realtors we came in contact with. Nicole has a passion for helping people and it truly shows in her dedication and persistence. Also, she has great negotiation skills and I felt I received a generous offer on my home because of that. Having grown up in the Cleveland area she is knowledgeable about the market and many of the neighborhoods and I felt that was a great help in the purchase of my new home.

This was especially important because of how quickly houses were going, we never felt like we missed out on any houses because we were waiting on her to see them! She was very knowledgeable on the areas we were looking and was always sending us homes she felt we would love based on our criteria. Once we put an offer in on our house, the process was so simple and smooth with Nicole, we didn’t have to stress about a single thing. She’s so sweet and puts you first!
