Nicole did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our first home. She was always available for home tours and incredibly responsive. As first time buyers, we were not familiar at all with the house buying process, so we relied a lot on Nicole’s expertise, which is impressive. We succeeded to close in 2 weeks which was mostly possible due to Nicole’s help. We signed the ASIS contract on a Monday and by Tuesday Nicole already scheduled the inspection. Nicole is also very well versed at dealing with other realtors. Our seller was very set in his ways regarding the property, but Nicole went back and forth with his agent until we came to an agreement. It’s difficult when you really like a house, but are also on a budget. Nicole is a great asset for anyone looking to buy/sell real estate.
