Nicole handled the sale of my home in McCall with great professionalism and alacrity. It didn't hurt that we were neighbors and we've known each other for a decade but she still went out of her way to promote my home and made sure that it had great visibility. When it came down to working with the buyers she had to jump through many hoops on my behalf and benefited from her experience and knowledge of the local market and its pitfalls. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home in Valley County as she really knows very well how to negotiate the best price for your home and then get it done.

I only had a few days notice to give, but even still when I called Nicole she quickly put together a great set of homes for me to view while I was in town. She had immense local knowledge and many amazing business connections, which was critical to my successful home purchase. Incredibly responsive to my calls and texts, day or night and a positive attitude throughout the entire process.

Many times, people spend a lot of time in the front of a deal and then that attention to detail starts to slip as the deal is completed. This is not the case with Nicole.
