If I could give Nicole 1 million stars on this review I would but we will go with the 5! Nicole not only has exceptional market knowledge, over the top professionalism and gets an A++ in the communication department, she was patient with my 'first time buyer-illa' and listened to EVERYTHING that was important to me! We worked for over 7 months to find the perfect home in a very specific location, along side a very difficult and unique situation and she never left my side. She was extremely selfless when it came to her time because she knew I needed her- answered my calls everytime I felt defeated and frustrated, reassured me that we would 'find something I loved' and went above and beyond teaching me about the buying and searching process. And she was a bulldog when it came to writing up our offers-they were aggressive and consistant with the current market (bought in May 2022) and after a couple declines- (that we are so thankful they didn't accept now) I had my heart set on a house we saw on a Friday and the offer went in almost instantly and was accepted within 24 hours. I believe 110% that it was all Nicole and her persistance that we were able to call our current house our home. I am forever grateful for Nicole Nice and her entire crew. I would recommend anyone looking in this market to go with Nicole. You will NOT be disapointed.

Nicole Nice expertise helped us find the right place to call home. She was very transparent and up front about how the market works. We searched high and low and she worked really hard to get us what we wanted. Aside from her professionalism, she was a negotiating guru when it came to closing on our home. Her knowledge of real estate is impeccable and I would recommend her if your looking for a real estate agent.
