New Condo Purchase

My Realtor Nichole Neuschaefer deserves 10 stars! I was looking for an affordable home in the hot Colorado real estate market. We couldn’t find anything for months Nichole always kept a positive outlook and helped me search until we found one! Her local knowledge and attention to detail is fantastic and on point. I appreciate frequent communication and Nichole delivered. She let me know what to expect during the home buying process and was very responsive. She listened to my needs and budget, and recommended a lender who made the process smooth. It took a while with affordable homes going quickly, but Nichole was on top of it the whole time. We made several offers on a few homes and finally had an offer accepted on our third try. She was great to work with and answered every question. We closed in four weeks! I've been in my home a week and absolutely love it. I cannot say thank you enough times!
