Nicole Nelson Maestas

Nicole is an excellent realtor. We live out of state and when we contacted Nicole she started working immediately, even before we signed anything with her. There were some problems with the home we were selling and she went out of her way to contact local people so that when we arrived in town the process was already started. We met Nicole on Thursday morning to let her know what we wanted to do and told her we were leaving on Sunday. She had the house under contract on Saturday afternoon! With a closing date 2 weeks later. She kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend Nicole to anyone buying or selling in the Denver area.

Nicole is a pro! She is a wonderful person to work with. I have worked with her on buying and selling over the last 5 years (3 properties total). She is knowledgeable and smart. She navigates the crazy Denver-metro real estate market with ease. I highly recommend her!

I LOVE NICOLE! She is fantastic to work with. I had to change jobs and cities, with two kids (one in 6th grade and one in daycare), a dog, and a husband working out of state. She told me what to do - how and when. Which I really needed as I was doing this alone. I was still working full time, staging a house and trying to transfer the kids to a new school and a new preschool. Nicole was able to sell our house in Colorado Springs in a DAY. Then she helped me find care for my youngest child in the new city. That is so hard to do when you are 1 1/2 hours away and still working full time while packing up a house! Our new house wasn't quite finished yet and we did have to stay in temporary housing for 6 weeks. Nicole helped find care for our dog during that time as well. She became a friend and I am so lucky we found her by chance on Zillow! :) She is a great negotiator and just gets things done! She is available when you need her and I couldn't have done it without her! Thank you Nicole! You are AMAZING!!

Not only did Nicole sell our house quickly but she helped us find a new home in the perfect spot! Our new home is a new build and we had to work with builders. She is really good at that as well. If you have ever built a home, you will know that many things come up that you just couldn't expect! She knew what to look for and helped with everything! Again, Nicole is a great negotiator and I do recommend her for buying and selling a home. She handled both of ours and I couldn't have been happier!
