Nicole helped me sell my first house. She was always extremely professional, honest, and would always keep communication at the forefront. She would work diligently to answer any questions I would have for her during the process. I felt that she had a well thought out and logical plan to sell the home and I was never left feeling like I didn't know exactly what was going on on where we stood with offers, contract, financials, etc. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to help me sell my first home. Nicole was amazing to work with! The house we purchased was on the market for just 45 minutes when we came across it on Zillow. She was able to secure us a showing that night and get our offer in before anyone else. I am a first time home buyer and she went above and beyond to explain the buying process to me and answer any and all questions I had. Her communication is great- always responding quickly to texts, emails and phone calls. COVID-19 kind of put a few bumps in our home buying journey, but Nicole navigated the challenges flawlessly and worked so hard to get us into our new home by our initial closing date.
