We love Nicole!

This was our first time selling a home. Being that it was our first house, we didn’t really know what to expect putting it on the market. We were a bit apprehensive to say the least. A lot of real estate agents have giving us a pushy “car sales men vibe”. I would constantly get calls from random ones seeing if I wanted to sell my house. This put a bad taste in my mouth, and made me feel like all they really cared about was selling my house, getting paid, and didn’t care about what happened to us after. We could tell from our first meeting with Nicole that she cared about us, and not just about selling our home. Her caring nature and knowledge put at us at ease. Nicole was accommodating with our schedules and sympathetic to our feelings. Knew exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready to show, and our home sold in 6 days for above asking. Nicole went above and beyond for us and earned our trust. Nicole ended up being a friend at the end of the process, and she still talks to us to check in and see how our new home is coming along.
