During our preliminary visits Nicole demonstrated her market knowledge, sales experience and willingness to be upfront and honest about the property. She pointed out positive points about the property and even some negative things that I hadn't noticed that gave me an opportunity to fix somethings that made the property more desirable to potential buyers. Her estimate of what the property would sell for was right on the money and met at least my minimum desirable amount for the property. I appreciated her willingness to be patient for the right buyer to appear.
