Nicole is amazing! She embodies integrity and strives to ensure her clients are making informed decision. We searched for a house with her for 3 months in 2024. Because we are local buyers and not on a time table we put the search on pause when our financing needed to be reapproved. We stayed in touch with Nicole and kept an eye on the market. 10 months later the house we had been waiting for came on the market. In one day we were back in and our offer was accepted. Amazingly we closed 2 weeks early! Nicole kept us on track and researched “everything”. At times it was stressful but her knowledge, excellent reputation and expansive network proved to be invaluable. Nicole will work hard for you and fight like a dog for you. She is an amazing advocate. She is not about pushing you to buy because she wants a sale. In fact at one point I told her “ for someone in sales you aren’t pushy or like most sales reps”. She is a genuine hard worker who wants to help you navigate this complicated process and takes pride when she steers you out of trouble and away from bad actors. She was a total blessing and we cant say enough about her!
