Nicole was recommended to me by my property manager when I informed him I was selling and asked him for Realtors he trusted. Nicole was pleasant and very informative from my very first call to her. She gave me an comprehensive overview of the current market in my area. She was very familiar with both the North County Coast area and specifically my town of Solana Beach. From that first conversation (over 45 minutes) I felt comfortable with her. I did interview two other agents I knew of and Nicole was the most informative and available/accessible. She was fully accessible to answer my questions, guide me through the escrow processes of inspections and all details of closing.
