Nicole Marcum Rife has successfully helped to negotiate the sale and purchase of many of the finest properties on the Main Line and its surrounding areas. Nicole has represented buyers and sellers from Main Line Estates to investment properties to traditional family homes. Being a licensed REALTOR for nearly a decade, Nicole works with seasoned home buyers, builders, investors, professional athletes, CEO’s, working professionals and buyers and sellers of all backgrounds. She also works closely with individuals and companies who are relocating. Her expertise in relocation services derives from her own experiences of moving around the country. Prior to moving to the Philadelphia Region, Nicole lived in Nevada where she worked in advertising for a premier hotel casino.
After moving back to Pennsylvania, she developed a successful sales and marketing career in healthcare and retirement living. Today, she brings a unique perspective and insight to Rife Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Real Estate. Her creative approach entails working closely with clients to identify and articulate the most unique and interesting aspect of each client’s situation.
Nicole is the exclusive PA REALTOR to, and member of, Business Clubs America and chapter leader of Fabulous Shoe Night Manayunk. She is a volunteer of the Alzheimer’s Association, Adopt-a-Pig (pediatric cancer), Dress for Success, Domestic Violence Center of Chester County, SPCA and PAL. When she is not attending to her clients, Nicole spends time with her husband, Kent, and their two puppies Bella and Dexter. She also enjoys yoga, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
