We started working with Nicole about a year before we bought this home. We started to buy 2 homes, but we backed out of both of them. She had spent a lot of time showing us homes. She never got upset with us. We called her a year later and she was still willing to help us find a new home. She found us a great home in the area that we wanted. We couldn't be more happy. She does what she says she going to Do. I had two realtors before Nicole, first one after a couple weeks and writing two offers I couldn’t get ahold of him. Second one told them what happened with the first one, never heard from her again, and I’m a buyer, you know how I know I’m a buyer, because I bought with Nicole on my second offer. We were dreaming about moving to Arizona for the beautiful weather, landscaping, mountains etc. We started looking at Real Estate sites and Nicole Loos reached out to us, and understood that we were thinking about it. NICHOLE IS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. SHE WAS A BIG HELP TO ME, BECAUSE WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE FROM HER AND SIX WEEKS LATER I HAD TO SELL AGAIN BECAUSE OF A DEATH IN THE FAMILY.
