Nicole was fabulous! So patient, thorough, organized, proactive. Really the best one can hope for in a real estate agent. During her vacation, she made sure that someone would take care of us and get out offer submitted in time. She even started checking in with us well before she got back into town to make sure that we had everything we needed. She's fantastic!
Nicole was so knowledgable, available, and supportive during the early stages of the house hunt, all the way through the inspection process. I was a first-time homebuyer and learned so much about the process from Nicole. Furthermore, I had a very tight neighbourhood restriction that she was willing and able to work with, and she was intimately familiar with the area that I wanted to buy in. Nicole was always available and never flagged in her energy to look at every new opportunity.
Nicole really impressed me with how she showed me a variety of Atlanta properties, listened carefully to my feedback and then calibrated our subsequent showings based on what I required/desired in my new home.<br/><br/>I've had other agents try and talk me into buying EVERY listing they showed me, it was the opposite with Nicole, if we walked into a place that didn't suit she was the first one to say "let's keep moving, this isn't right for you". Quite a relief! In general really appreciated her energy, candor, neighborhood knowledge, proactive approach and professionalism. She organized the staging of our Condo, the subsequent viewings, and an open house event. Nicole is amazing! She really understood what was most important in a home for my wife and me. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods in the city. I also appreciate how responsive she is - she worked around our schedules and made herself available on nights and weekends. She was always extremely quick and helpful in responding to our inquiries. Our lender (who we selected outside of Nicole) caused us a lot of problems, but she was there to help us work through it all. My wife and I ultimately found a home that we love, and it would be ours without Nicole's help. I would unquestionably use her services again.
