Our journey selling our home with Nicole’s support was wonderful, we are very appreciative of her expertise, hard work and diligence. When we first met and spoke with Nicole, she spent the time needed to answer our questions/concerns, providing objective data regarding house sales in the area, and other relevant market intelligence. We were concerned that selling our home in a neighborhood with many other similar homes would be a challenge. However, Nicole helped us differentiate our home from others and make it an attractive acquisition to interested buyers. Part of her strategy was leveraging staging within the home as well as bringing in a professional photographer to take photos as part of the marketing plan. When we saw our property listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Nicole was great at negotiating the deal and helped us with every step of the closing process which was very smooth. She took the time needed to help with questions and facilitated all aspects in a very professional way. Nicole works at all hours of the day and was very responsive to our needs as they arose. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. We were so fortunate to have found Nicole, she went above and beyond to provide the info we needed.
