Excellent experience.

Nicole helped me sell my business along with the building and buy another property. When I purchased the business, it had been on the market for 3 years. When I decided to sell I contacted Nicole, and we discussed how to move forward. Within 6 hours of her posting she had 10ish interested parties and 3 wanting to make offers. To say I was stunned is an understatement. Purchasing, Nicole knew what I was looking for, understood the price range and market. We looked at 4 properties, all 4 met requirements but 2 really stood out. I missed the first, no fault of Nicoles, but squarely hit the second property. I would and will work with her again.
