Nicole was INCREDIBLE. She did so much research in coming up with the best price point, with stats to back it up. She used a great photographer to capture the beauty of our home. She kept us in the loop in regards to the transaction, always just a call or text away. I never felt like I was in the dark and never felt like any of my questions were silly. She added extra touches inside our home in preparation for the showings, to help highlight the updates we had made. We have moved several times and this was probably the smoothest sale we've had! Huge thanks to Nicole... I highly recommend working with her!!

Nicole is incredible! She is very knowledgeable of the industry. Her communication with us and with other agents was top notch. We never had a moment where we wondered what was going on. She was patient as we saw MANY houses, addressed fears and concerns we had along the way, and actively sent us ideas of new listings that she thought would be a good fit for us. She looked out for us to get us the best deal possible and did a lot of work and research for us throughout the process, not just after we found the house we wished to purchase. She was a phenomenal buyers' agent. I'm actually sad we are done house hunting with her! I highly recommend her. She made us feel like we were her only clients (and I know we weren't!). She was always available and very easy to talk with at any time!

Nicole and Ryan were excellent!!! Though my "introduction" to TeamLai came through Ryan, eventually Nicole took the lead and I worked with her quite a bit. If for some reason she wasn't immediately available, Ryan was there. Literally, their whole family was involved, and to me, that is unique, important, and satisfying. Market knowledge outstanding, professionalism superb, and just a great experience. Buying a house is not the easiest, but they educated me along the way. At one point, I was growing discouraged, and Nicole was gently encouraging and supportive, really becoming a friend.....we joked, she truly grew to wear many hats. And that I think is what made all the difference. I feel like we looked at 15 properties, I fell in love at least 3 of "the perfect" homes, but for whatever reason, none of them went through. In my mind, I can vividly picture her as we would get into our vehicles, looking at me smiling, assuring me and saying, "We'll find it......" And we did. I would recommend team Lai to a perfect stranger, but more importantly, I would recommend them to family and dear friends. Note: she continues to provide help and support even after the closing table!! That level of customer service is rare in today's world.

Navigating a home sale (and purchase) during a pandemic was made much easier wit Ryan and Nicole's help and insight. The "coming soon" advertising done on line helped to get the sale done quickly and really minimized the amount of people who had to come through our home. We ended up getting a fair amount more that we originally thought we were going to. I would recommend their services to any friend or family member who asked.

Nicole was extremely helpful during the whole process. She did a lot of research to ensure we were listing the house at the right price. She had photos taken and enhanced the curbside with a few temporary details. The house had plenty of traffic on the first day which is when we got the offer. Overall great person and knowledgeable in the field!

Nicole is an awesome realtor. She was on top of everything. Helped us find what we wanted in a home, walked us through every step of the process, negotiating both sides of our deal seamlessly, quick to respond, and overall cared about our experience. She went above and beyond for us when dealing with the sellers of our new home. She did everything within her power to get us into the house within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend using Nicole as a realtor to everyone.
