NIcki is especially professional in that she she is very knowledgeable about how to negotiate the selling of your home and is creative with marketing by using social media and/or in person via open houses. Having never sold a home before, Nicki was always kind and patient with any questions we had and thorough with her answers. This summer we decided it was time for our family to make a big change, and everyday I am so grateful it was Nicki who answered my Zillow request to view the home I am now writing this from!
