Nicole Hinkle

Nicole was fantastic to work with! We were able to buy the first home we put an offer on and she made the process easy and straightforward. We never felt pressured and she was always there to answer our questions. Highly recommend!

I am so happy that Nicole was my agent helping me with my first real estate purchase. She broke down everything so I could understand and walked me through step by step. She referred me to a great lender who made it so simple and was very easy to work with. I was in a time crunch and she got me into my place less than 60 days! Nicole was always professional and handled any problem with class. She was very accessible and promptly responded to any of my emails or calls. I felt like I could trust her with any decision and she made me feel very comfortable. She encouraged me when I needed a little push which I am so glad she did. I am very excited about my new purchase and will definitely use her in any future real estate opportunities!!

It was seamless from start to finish.... I couldn't be more satisfied..!! Nicole is a "True Professional" and I would use her again. We listed with her and the 1st weekend we had 10 strong offers to choose from. We picked the best and sold own Home and closed escrow in less than 30 days!!!!!!

Nicole was the best! We emailed her on a Sunday evening wanting to put an offer on a home completely out of the blue, and by Tues, we had been pre-approved, seen the house and submitted an offer. That one didn’t work out, but for every other home we saw, we were looking at the home the day we saw it listed, or maybe the day after. She was always super responsive, knowledgeable and has been an absolute dream to work with! We just purchased our forever home and the process was seamless thanks to Nicole. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

Nicole is an excellent realtor. She is very professional and takes very good care of her clients. She listens to you and provides you with the properties your looking to purchase. She was my realtor on the sale of two properties and the purchase of a property. She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate. She is very patient and will find you the home your looking for. I highly recommend her to help you find your dream home.
