We decideded to go with a young, newer realtor than one from our town that is well known. We feel everyone deserves a chance and we like helping people achieve their goals. That being said after interviewing 2 agents we chose Nicole to sell our home. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Nicole came back, after interviewing her, to take pictures and measurements galore. Because we were in the middle of boxing things up if a box was in the way of her photo she simply moved it. Nicole was very much in tune with what we wanted to have as the sale price and other specific items we wanted in our contract. For example we didn't want an open house for the public to come in and be nosy. She held an open house via invitation to realtors. It was successful. I think it took 30 days to sell our home. But the buyers then wanted another 6 weeks for a closing date. Nicole always ran things through us without hesitation. When we had a question she was quick to respond. Looking back I remember thinking Nicole was working daily on our home. She was!! If we stayed in the area we would definitely use her skills again. We highly recommend Nicole as your agent.
