In my opinion, I could not have had a better agent. I've never sold home before, my parents passed away and it was difficult for me to clean out their house and put it up for sale. I was born in that house, I was raised there, my children grew up there, it was hard to say goodbye to my parents home and have somebody else move in. My parents didn't have a big beautiful fancy home valued at a high price range. Instead, it was just a small simple home on a small lot, also needing some major work like a new roof, siding and new electrical. So it needed the right buyer who would take care of these issues. Although many people thought the inside was Charming and very clean, the outside work needing to be done often chased a new buyer away. Nikki NEVER EVER made me feel less important or inferior compared to a client with a high value home. She took her time with me, she explained things beautifully to me, she completely walked me through every process of selling a home. Which was very important because I was so stressed out over this process. With Nikki, she took away all the stress because she did all the work and I just sat there like a princess! She treated my parents home with the same respect, even taking her shoes off, as she would a house of high value. She always addressed any of my concerns and never did I feel like I was bothering her. My parents home ended up selling for the best possible price for the shape it was in so I could not be happier about that. And I also could not be happier with the people who bought it. They love my parents home and did so many beautiful improvements and also have invited me in the house several times and gave me walk-throughs to see things they've done! Now that doesn't happen too often!! I definitely would recommend Nikki Herbert because she treats everybody equally with the utmost respect and cares about your property as you yourself do.
