Nikki and her team do all the leg work , make sure there is no stone left unturned, and are on top of everything with every step. Let's talk about communication because this is an important thing during this whole process and Nikki never lets you down she is very responsive , knowledgeable, and is always looking out for your best interest. When it came to showings , inspection questions (pointing me in the right direction finding an inspector) helping me find an incredible mortgage company, and finding properties that I wouldn't have known where to look Nikki does all this.
