Selling and buying a home during the COVID pandemic had its challenges to say the least, but never once did Nicole waver when faced with getting our deals across the finish line. She has an amazing sense of how the process works and she was always a step or 2 ahead of us - which we appreciated so much throughout our journey, and showed that we were in sync while making such a huge decision to move our family. Because of Nicole, we landed in our dream home and we cannot thank her enough! We had the good fortune to meet Nicole at the beginning of our home search and are only disappointed that we only have 5 stars to provide! She was fantastic - she learned who we were first and what we thought we wanted (and was so patient with us as that changed). She helped us connect with a great lender and inspector as we were looking for an old home. We grew to trust her so much that we put an offer on our dream home when we were out of state and could not see it in person. We did so because we knew she had listened intently to us and could say that the house, neighborhood, etc. were exactly what we were looking for. While we miss seeing her for home tours we are thrilled with our new place and so appreciative that she was the person shepherding is through this process!
