Nicole is the best! I contacted several real estate agencies in the area, but none of them were responsive or seemed to want to help my husband and I find a house in Murphys. I finally found Nicole, and based on positive online reviews decided to reach out. She was extremely responsive, whether it was by phone, text, or email. If a house came on the market that we wanted to tour, Nicole would set up a showing for the next day. She understands the market demands in the area and always helped get us in to see the house and/or put in an offer asap. She even found a house that wasn't listed online yet and got us in to see it before most other folks even knew it was on the market. Eventually Nicole helped us buy a lot that we are going to build a house on, and she was very patient, responsive and informative through the very long closing process (delayed due to COVID). I cannot recommend Nicole enough. You'll love working with her!

Nicole was great. In fact, after a falling out with my listing agent I contacted Nicole who had shown my property to a potential buyer. She readily agreed to approach the buyer again and if there was still interest to handle the whole transaction without re-listing, so it ended up saving my $10,000 in sales commissions.

Nicole has been absolutely incredible. She is amazing and went about and beyond all of our expectations. I can go on and on about how much she did for us and how comfortable and easy she made our experience. She was honest and up front, very professional yet personable at the same time. Nicole had all the answers to our questions (very knowledgeable), she’s super sweet, friendly, helpful (even helping with things she didn’t have to ) . Her response time is incredible and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Nicole thank you for everything and you have no idea how much we appreciate everything you have done. If only there were more people like you in this world!
