A few days later we met and she presented us with Folders containing all the information on the property, what her plan was for getting the lot sold and how to proceed forward. Her preparation leading up to the Property hitting the Market is intense. She does Flyers (which she hands out in the neighborhood), she did Drone photoage to show exactly what the lot looked like, she photographed the lot and surroundings. Her "For Sale" signs, really "Pop" in the yard. Note: We also had her list the houses we had in the Area. She did internal and external photos that really accented the property. ., Working with Nicole was so easy. She was in constant contact with us while the Lot was for sale.
