Nicole quickly got into contact with agents from the listings in which we were interested and would communicate to us as she would receive information. Very professional in all aspects. For instance showing houses, paper work, giving us bad news about houses we couldn’t qualify for, etc. Would definitely work with her again if available in the future have already recommended her to friends looking to purchase a home.

She was great, as a seller we were delayed having the house ready for listing. Nicole was super great and understanding, she worked with our schedule and gave us tips on what to be done. When it was ready and listed, we sold the house and closed in just 3 weeks. Nicole was with us from the first day we talked until the closing answering, every question, helping us understand the process and she follow through on everything. Nicole was true to her word from day one, was there every step of the way. She was GREAT from beginning to the end for us she was the BEST of the BEST.

In addition, she went out of her way through whole process to provide us options to deal with the bumps along the way, as well as having plenty of quality vendors to refer us to for inspections etc. Finally, never once did I feel uninformed of where we were at in the process. She always kept us up to date with everything as things progressed.
