About Nicole

Nicole R. Forde, Maintenance Specialist, has been an employee of Sterling Property Management, Inc. since 2009. Her years of service with the company have given her the ability to maintain any position within the property management office. In addition, Nicole is a licensed Realtor ® specializing in the listing and buying of homes in Central, PA. She is part of the local, state and national Realtor ® associations. Nicole grew up in Fairless Hill, PA. She moved to this area in 2006 and graduated from Big Spring High School in 2008. It was then that she continued her education at Shippensburg University with a goal to get a degree in elementary education. While attending Shippensburg University, she was approached by the President of Sterling Property Management, Inc., J. Michael Adler, to join the team as a Shippensburg Student Leasing Specialist. It was then that she found what her true calling was, property management and real estate. Currently, Nicole resides in Newville, PA with her elementary school sweetheart and husband, Colvin and their two daughters, Ariyahnna & Laila. When she is not working, she is enjoying being a “crazy” competitive cheer/soccer mom for both of her daughters. She enjoys traveling, especially taking bi-annual cruise trips with her Mom. Nicole’s goal is to one day own her own property management company or take over Sterling Property Management, Inc. when Mr. Adler retires.
