Buying a home is incredibly emotional and can be challenging in such a competitive market. My #1 tip is to find someone that simplifies the process, you feel comfortable texting/calling and feel confident that they have your back. We had already worked with another realtor and we felt she didn’t have faith in us or the process. Nicole was a recommendation from someone in Portland and we were so glad we took the leap! Nicole has a great attitude, was on top of things and had to negotiate for us a few times in this crazy covid market. We are very thankful for this experience and love our new home.
