I didn't plan on buying a home. I was going to wait it out and hope the market settled to be more buyer friendly. Nicole was helping me sell my current home. I mentioned in passing what my idealic home would be...the next day Nicole had found me 1, 2, 3, etc homes that met me needs! The first one...the one I bought...was the one. It was my dream home. The seller was a pain in the butt and led to many tears on my part. She was unwilling to fix anything the inspection report and her realtor was awful. He even screamed at Nicole when she advocated on my behalf regarding the inspection objections. Despite all of that difficulty Nicole kept her composure, stayed professional, and continued to represent for my needs and wants. She understood the market and did her research. She stayed on top of the seller's party and always kept me in the loop. All the while she was also aiding my family in the sell of our current home.
