Nicole and her team are absolutely awesome! We were in a no-win situation. We had worked with a realtor who had no short sale knowledge an essentially made things worse. She has the personality that is sweet but firm. She will help you in every way possible to get the impossible done. You will come out on top!!! I needed to sale my house and was uncertain of the outcome. But, once Nicole committed to giving me all the BEST she could that is exactly what she did. Let me first say..Nicole along with her team are second to none!! I feel i can state such because she has sold a home for us,as well as help find our new home as well..Nicole is a personal worker..meaning she is in it with you through the entire process..who doesnt want a person that is a friend and family -like helping??
