Nicole Ellison

I had googled best realtors in Fayetteville GA and Nicole Ellison popped up. I did some research and reached out to her. She responded immediately and assured me she would be able to help us from NJ. She does very detailed videos of all the houses we wanted to see and responds to emails and texts immediately. We started our journey in Feb 2025, in March 2025 we flew out to meet Nicole and see more houses in person where Nicole learned more of what we were looking for, a pool being a must have! She found us our dream home in May 2025, closed in June 2025. Have to say as a first time home buyer the process was so smooth and stress free!! I highly recommend Nicole to anyone local or looking from another State! You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I have purchased 3 homes prior to this and our son 2. Nicole has been the best agent we have worked with thus far. She listens to what her customer wants and doesn't try and push you on to something, just to get another sale. She is very patient and prioritizes exactly what the customer wants. We were from another state and Nicole would FaceTime or make as many visits to properties to make us feel comfortable. She was also very honest and told us if she thought a house would be too much work and money to upgrade. We purchased a home that was a new build. Although, we were under contract, Nicole still went above and beyond to keep us informed. She continued to drop by and take photos and videos on a weekly basis to show us how it was developing. Nicole just cares and goes the extra mile for her customers. I feel like we have a life long friend and would use her again and recommend her to all family and friends.
