Nicole is AWESOME! Highly recommend her. I was nervous about even being able to be approved for a mortgage let alone go through the home buying process in such a competitive market. She hooked me up with a great lender and negotiated a wonderful deal on my home for me. There were some bumps along the way with the home inspection but she guided me and made sure all the repairs were complete in a timely manner prior to settlement. I love my new home and I love my Realtor Nicole. Will be using her again in the near future to sell and buy a larger home.
