Nicole was an excellent resource for two very different real estate purchases that we recently made. The first was a traditional property in a very competitive environment. Nicole coached us to position our offer in such a way that it would stand out from more than 15 other competing bids. We were thrilled to learn that our bid was accepted, thanks in large part to her knowledge of the market and of the seller’s position and preferences. The second purchase was on a home that was under construction and not yet on the market. We wanted to buy in a particular area with little inventory. Nicole researched the project’s municipal filing and plans and approached the builder preemptively on our behalf. We were able to come to terms in advance of the market release and purchased our dream home in a highly desirable area. We have since learned that a similar home in the area is being marketed at a significantly higher price. Nicole’s efforts put us in an advantaged position at an excellent price. It is worth noting that Nicole has a wealth of knowledge about permitting, zoning, taxation and municipal services. She also has a good roster of tradesmen and service providers that we could call upon. Finally, we truly appreciated her support and demeanor through two very distinct and time-sensitive transactions. She advocated for us and keep us well informed. She managed our expectations honestly and fairly. She is a great listener and is always available to her clients. We are pleased to give our heartfelt recommendation.
