First I would like to say, I found Nicole very pleasant. From beginning to end of the process Nicole was very helpful and knowledgeable, someone who really enjoys their work. Not being an tradisional mortgage the process was difficult and took several months, all the while being informed of progress or not on a weekly basis even while on vacation. Nicole is professional, informative and dedicated, will always get back to you asap with any information you may require. I do feel you will experience the same.
