Nicole was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, friendly, enthusiastic, accessible, & responsive from the moment we spoke by phone. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the brochure, with comps that truly reflected Nicole’s knowledge of the Aberdeen real estate market. In addition, Nicole offered to be at the house whenever we were unable to be there to get the house ready for sale- including when the carpet cleaners and others needed access to the house. Nicole was also very respectful of our request not to show the house on Saturdays when we were home. She provided timely feedback every time a prospective buyer saw the house.
