EXCELLENT/REMARKABLE!!

I cannot express enough how dedicated Nicole & family were in getting the property sold on Ruddlesway over the past year. Not only did she have repeated Open Houses which brought in many potential buyers but she continually followed up with those contacts to ensure they were finding the right home even though ours did not fit their interest. Nicole went above and beyond in ensuring the home always looked cleaned & refreshed at all times even without any showings that particular weekend. She and her sweet family made sure the lawn was always kept mowed & edged so it looked spruced up all the time. This home was vacant for almost a year and Nicole make sure the home was always secure, plus she continually kept the owners informed of what was happening during the entire listing process. We are very thankful that she was so sweet & easy going and always kept such a positive attitude that the right buyer would come along, and we just needed to be patient. Nicole was right! The perfect buyer came along and it was the smoothest closing ever with her and her title company. We are very thankful for all she did for us! Nicole is very experienced & knowledgeable of the real estate market and she very much proved herself as she took such good care of us!
