I cannot say enough positive things about our home buying experience with Nicole. We met by chance at an open house and were immediately drawn to her friendly personality and obvious knowledge regarding all of the areas/neighborhoods we were considering. Purchasing a home from out of state has the potential to be a nightmare but with Nicole, the entire process was smooth and easy. Nicole's keen eye was an immeasurable asset when looking at homes and she was quick to point out things I would have missed if I were looking by myself. She went to bat for us in the negotiation process and her suggests we're spot on. Nicole also kept us on track throughout the entire mortgage process and helpfully provided utility providers after closing. Regardless of whether you are buying or selling a home, Nicole is the right choice in realtor.

Nikki makes sure to listen to what you are looking for it and adds her opinion which has a vast amount of awesome tips and knowledge. My whole experience from beginning to end was smooth when it comes about looking for houses, putting for an offer, getting the inspection, appraisal, etc. In every step of the process, Nikki made sure things ran as easy as possible by making sure you know what you need to expect and how to do it and she’s available to answer any kind of questions you may come across. She was key to ensure we got what we want it. I will totally recommend her for anyone who needs someone responsible, knowledgeable, kind, punctual and that will fight for you as if it was her own.

Nicole Cross is a great realtor! She was very kind and patient with me. This market has been difficult and time consuming for both sides and she was patient and understanding through it all.
