The process of buying a house involves a lot of time and detail work. With Nikki by our side, it was a smooth ride. She was excited to show us as many houses as it took to find our favorite. That was the easy part for us. Once we found the one, she helped us through each step, with honest advice and patience. She was good at knowing 'the line' when it came to negotiating, and she was responsive to our many many questions while at the same time, was able to calm our nerves.
